The service aims to support indivduals to live as independently as possible whilst managing their condition in the community. The service is provided to patient's who are able to participate in rehabilitation; this means being able to identify areas they want to work on and actively participate in exercise/practise towards their goals.
Our team includes: physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech and language therapists, dietitian, specialist neurology nursing, neuropsychology, and therapy assistants/rehab support workers.
We work closely with other local services in the London Borough of Bromley including leisure services, social services, the Stroke Association, and other patient organisations.

Level 3B (local non-specialist rehabilitation services): Treat patients with Category D needs and can be led by non-medical staff

The Bromley SCRehN team provides targeted specialist rehabilitation and specialist neurology nursing interventions for adults (16 years or over) living in Bromley who have been diagnosed with a neurological condition. The service is available for those people registered with a Bromley GP.The service aims to support indivduals to live as independently as possible whilst managing their condition in the community.
