Set in mature gardens and in close proximity to local shops, caf_s and amenities, 144 Broughton Green Lane provides placements for individuals with an acquired brain injury. We provide spacious and contemporary accommodation with en-suite facilities in each bedroom for up to fourteen individuals. Individually centred care focussing on the needs and abilities of the individual is provided alongside further opportunities for social integration and participation in community activities. Some of the support we offer includes physiotherapy, work placements, life skills, one to one support, cognitive rehabilitation and social events.
