Momentum Skills (formerly Rehab UK) offers support for clients with an acquired brain injury or neurological condition. We specialise supporting clients into employment, education or voluntary work and provide assessment and interventions for health and social barriers.
Our programmes deliver support in cognitive rehabilitation, developing independence, improving self awareness, adjustment to brain injury, removing social isolation, self esteem, essential work and life social skills, fatigue management, anger management, anxiety, qualifications in basic skills literacy and numracy and IT. In addition our team of job coaches offer specialist support in work placements and job seeking skills.
