A Community Neuro-rehabilitation service for all those living in Richmond with a GP in the area. The team consists of Physios, Occupational Therapists, Speech and Language Therapists and a Dietitan. The team provides evedence based neuo-rehab at Richmond Rehab or in patients homes for up to 12 weeks led by client driven goals.Once known to the service people can self refer back when needed.
