Typical duration that a service is offered
There is no set limit to the duration of service on offer. Consensa's service is completely tailored to the needs of the individual service users. We are able to offer short-term respite care where this need is identified, or alternatively, where there are complex issues requiring a long term rehabilitation plan, Consensa is able to offer care for a number of years. Typically we would expect to 're-able' and optimise an individual's functional ability within 6 months to 2 years. This Service was mapped by Eastern Region ABI. See HERE for more information
